Paypal- Once an item is added to your shopping cart, proceeded to the checkout by clicking the 'Pay with Paypal' button

Visa- Don't have a Paypal account & want to pay with your Visa? Once in the checkout page click the "Pay with Paypal' it will take you to a Paypal page where you are asked to enter your username info. RIGHT UNDERNEATH that you will find an option "Don't have Paypal? Check out here", click that option and that is where you can pay with any major credit card. 

MasterCard / AmEx / Discovery- same process as the Visa
