All original paintings and prints are generally shipped with Canada Post. Chantella Viala's Art Gallery ships with the most cost effective manner unless you otherwise specify, this can ensure you that Chantella Viala's Art Gallery shipping prices will remain low.
SHIPPING TO CANADA AND UNITED STATES, World-wide shipping is available if you contact us, we can create a custom listing, keep in mind that shipping for original paintings will increase as the commissioned size increases.
All original paintings and prints are packaged very carefully in bubble wrap/butcher paper or shipping tubes.
Once the product has left our hands at the post office Chantella Viala's Art Gallery is no longer responsible for the product, we plaster them with fragile stickers.
If tracking numbers are provided those can also be passed along to the buyer so you may track your order (for originals, not prints)

Returns
Under no circumstances is any original piece of art or print returnable/refundable. This is applies to deposits, if you loose your deposit due to not picking up your custom commission once painted, the deposit is lost, or changing your mind on a piece once it's been planned out and consulted upon. No acceptions.
'Holding' paintings
Once a painting is commissioned and Chantella is finished painting it, it must be picked up within 1 week after completion. Chantella is NOT responsible for the painting once it is finished and paid for. If you need her to hold onto it for a period of time she can BUT will not be responsible for it if anything should happen to it. No exceptions and no refunds. Shipping is available to all clients.
